  • How is quality ensured at Desto?

We have a dedicated quality team at our location, each products goes through various quality checks before being available for sale.

  • Where do we get our products?

We get our supplies from Major retailers across Canada including Walmart and Amazon. We buy mostly overstock and some returns.

  • Do we have a return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our main goal, x Returns are accepted when the item/lot is not as described (defective, missing parts, incomplete, has an issue not mentioned or not authentic) AND the item is returned to us within that 14 day period with proof of purchase in the original unused sold condition and with all of the packaging it was sold with.

***All items must be pre-inspected by the customer before assembling – once an item is assembled, we are unable to offer assistance with returns or partial refunds. Rest assured all the items we sell go through a quality check before being available to the customers. The items sold as (AS IS) will not be covered under return policy.

  • What is our shipping Policy?

We provide free shipping on orders above $60, items are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days after order is placed.

  • Do we offer store pickup?

We do have store pickup in our physical location at 590 Portland Street Dartmouth, B2W 6B7. Orders get ready for pickup within 24 hours of order placement.
