Refund Policy

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon reception.
  • Report defects, damages, or wrong items immediately for prompt resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are non-returnable.
  • Certain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned.

5. Exceptions:

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

6. Exchanges:

  • For a prompt exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired item.

7. Refunds:

  • We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.

  • Returns accepted for items not as described, within the 14-day period, with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting items before assembly.

  • Items sold "AS IS" are not covered under the return policy.
